I've pledged to play games and raise funds for kids at my KU Med Pediatrics.
 

I am futiles, and I am back for my 12th year raising funds for KU Med Pediatrics in Kansas City, via Extra Life and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.  I started with Extra Life after learning about it through friends, and as a parent who child never actually required CMN Hospitals, I felt it was my duty to ensure other parents who were not as lucky as us to have the support they required.  I have been actively locally and nationally, going to events and conventions, meeting and bonding with other Extra Lifers, even taking part in tournaments and winning money for my hospital.  I have become so dedicated to Extra Life that I have had both a Shield and Crokinole board commissioned to show my support, both of which travel with me to conventions, events, and hospitals.

I have a few incentives available this year, some returning and some new!

Incentive 1 - $25 donations:
I will ship you a pin, patch, and sticker set, representing the Extra Life Shield I had commissioned after ELU2017, when I won over $6500 in the tournaments for my hospital.  Please see the set below.  Clicking on this Incentive in the incentive list will auto-select a $25 amount, and will request your shipping information privately for me to use to ship to you.

Incentive 2 - $50 donations:
I will paint (per your request) a small sized mini (your D&D character, or a small wandering monster), and ship it off to you. Or, you can ship me a mini you would like to have custom painted, and I will clean, prime, paint, varnish and send it back to you. Please see an example of my work below. I have many models to choose from, and many more that I can acquire easily. Clicking on this incentive will auto-select a $50amount, and will request contact information privately, so that I may reach out to you, and we can discuss miniature and colors, and I can get shipping info from you.

Incentive 3 - $100 donations:
I will paint (per your request) a medium sized mini, and ship it off to you. Or, you can ship me a mini you would like to have custom painted, and I will clean, prime, paint, varnish and send it back to you. Please see an example of my work below. I have many models to choose from, and many more that I can acquire easily. Clicking on this incentive will auto-select a $100 amount, and will request contact information privately, so that I may reach out to you, and we can discuss miniature and colors, and I can get shipping info from you.

Incentive 4 - $250 donations:
I will paint (per your request) a LARGE miniature. I have an example of an oversized dragon miniature (large, as in 9" tall and 12" wingspan, see below) and ship it off to you.
